Litz-76 Cu™ Rewire Kit
Ultrafine 33 AWG tonearm wire made of High Purity OFHC copper in a true litz construction, utilizing Zavfino’s specialized stranding technique. Each wire consists of 7 individually coated micro-cores that are tightly and slowly twisted. This ensures that every strand is 100% identical to the next for optimal and uniform signal transfer. A special 2UEW dielectric film coating insulates each conductor, making it wear- and moisture-resistant within the arm tube. This unique method of slow feeding and high-precision twisting with a tight pitch gives each wire a higher overall pure silver content compared to traditional twisting methods. This specialized technique also guarantees that every single wire is 100% identical, preventing the pitch from loosening or becoming misaligned over time.

Deep Cryo™ Treatment
All conductors used in Zavfino’s cables undergo a deep cryogenic treatment before the insulation is applied over the metal. Research has shown that only conductive parts benefit from cryo treatment. Materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Teflon™, PE, and silicone can all be adversely affected by cryogenic treatment. Non-conductive and insulating materials can fracture and become brittle. The purity, size, and molecular structure of each conductor determine the specific temperature—within a range of -186°C to -196°C—at which Zavfino executes the cryo process. Zavfino’s research into cold temperature physics has demonstrated that the absolute lowest temperature is not necessarily the best for cryo treatment.
