De installatie is heel eenvoudig: aansluiten en klaar. Alleen voor MC is er een variabele ingangsimpedantie tussen 50 en 400 ohm.
De meetwaarden van de PHONO zijn in elk bereik uitzonderlijk goed. De waarden voor ruis en vervorming liggen op de grens van de resolutie.

Technology
The Limetree PHONO II picks up a circuit principle from the time of tube amplifiers. However, this concept is completely reinterpreted with state-of-the-art technologies and components.
The two-stage circuit with a passive RIAA network for equalization uses the currently best J-FET amplifiers on the market and particularly high-quality resistors and capacitors from Japan.
The world's best amplifier component is also used for MC, combining superior measurement values with outstanding sound. The purely passive equalization has a decisive advantage: the distortions in the bass range are significantly lower than with the circuits usually used.
A "medical grade" plug-in power supply is used for the power supply, which ensures a particularly high level of isolation from interference in the mains supply. Together with the elaborate filtering in the device and special voltage regulators, a particularly low-interference power supply with noise values below 10µV could thus be realized.
Nieuw op de PHONO II is dat de impedantie van de MC ingang in te stellen is met een bereik van 50 tot 400 ohm. Daarnaast kunnen ook draaitafels die hun aarding via RCA hebben ook meteen worden aangesloten zonder modificatie.
