That question sparked a bold idea. One year, countless sketches, and precision engineering later, the answer is here: the GrooveMaster 1.

Designed as a high-performance, drop-in replacement, the GrooveMaster 1 is purpose-built to match the character, build, and potential of these vintage classic turntables—without the need for modifications. 

For years, the Lenco L75's robust drive system was let down by its underwhelming stock tonearm. Only later did audiophiles realize how exceptional the transport of the turntable truly is. The GrooveMaster 1 is our answer: a tonearm that finally unleashes the full capability of the Lenco L75—and brings the same upgrade path to the Thorens TD160.

The needle pressure can be adjusted very precisely thanks to the accurate rotation of the counterweight. The swivel is dampened by high-grade silicone oil and rotates quickly and precisely thanks to a multi-wire adjustment.

Thanks to a scale on the GrooveMaster's bearing housing, the GrooveMaster tone arm can be quickly and precisely adjusted to the correct height. 

The GrooveMaster STR is equipped with a highly accurate anti-skating unit. This is contactless and is adjusted using a rotary knob that is linked to the VTF. 

We have opted for high-quality Cardas cabling. This Cardas Braided (33x4) tonearm cable runs in one piece from the headshell cartridges to the connections in the Lenco turntable. The PTFE sheath and high-quality copper make this a durable cable with excellent sound quality.

The azimuth of the cartridge is fully adjustable by rotating the headshell. The connection is a high-quality connection with the custom-made titanium tonearm tube.
