No matter how good they appear to be and no matter how careful they are taken care of. To bring your Lenco record player back to front, you will have to replace the parts that are subject to aging and wear. We have developed a complete set of parts to restore this great and often underrated record player.
NEW: GrooveMaster 1 for Lenco
The GrooveMaster 1 is a high-quality tone arm designed specifically to replace the standard Lenco tone arm. Due to its special construction, the GrooveMaster 1 can easily be mounted directly in place of the Lenco arm, retaining the original tone arm lifter and armrest. A manual on how to do this is available. With this GrooveMaster 1 tone arm you can take your classic Lenco to great musical heights.

We've put our products through a lot of testing and listening, and we've found a special composite material with unique properties that we think you'll love!

We are excited to announce that all our Lenco upgrade products now feature this unique material! You'll find it in the bushings in the idler wheel, the bushings and thrust plate in the Lenco bearing, and the bushings and thrust plate in the Lenco motor.

We are pleased to offer three important upgrade kits in our webshop to restore your Lenco. Please be advised that the StealthDriver idler wheel, Lenco bearing and motor upgrade will only be available for purchase as a kit. We understand that some customers may be interested in purchasing the parts separately. However, we believe that the best results are achieved when all the essential parts are replaced together.
Quality Control
Of course, without proper test equipment, you cannot develop and test anything. To that purpose we have a number of test setups for testing and measuring Lenco players. First of all, a have restored a Lenco L75 to perfection with our Lenco parts. This makes testing out new parts and materials easy and very precise.
It also provides a clear reference should problems arise with a customer. An ultra quiet Lenco with precise concentricity and speed, as with this AC Lenco, is only achievable if all restoration options are applied. Just replacing an idler wheel gives a good improvement, but a full restoration that includes replacing or adjusting the motor, rubbers, springs and bearing will give an optimal, quiet and precise Lenco that is better than it was when it left the Lenco factory.
A fully restored Lenco L75. Ultra silent and a very low W&F. It is used for development of new parts and materials as well as testing Audio Creative Lenco parts before they are shipped to the customer.
In addition to the quiet and smooth running of the LencoBearing, measuring height variations in the platter is an important criterion for bearing quality.
Quality control of the parts made is an important factor in producing Audio Creative Lenco products.
Precision is very crucial to a good product. We measure each wheel for uniformity and roundness before it leaves our factory.
The Result
Our fully restored Lenco is equipped with all the latest Audio Creative upgrade products. The result is a highly stable and ultra quiet running Lenco turntable with excellent performance.
The Lenco motor upgrade guarantees quiet operation and minimises resonances.
The Stealthdrive idler upgrade ensures a very quiet transfer from the motor to the platter, while the special rubber material, the composite bushing of the idler wheel and the extremely accurate concentricity of the idler wheel greatly reduce motor resonances.
The Lenco bearing ensures a precise and ultra low-friction movement of the turntable platter.
Using the NAK-T-100 for measuring W&F is way more accurate then every phone app. This measurement is an actual measurement for W&F of our Lenco.
When all Lenco parts are accurately assembled and adjusted, this results in a Lenco turntable that plays better and quieter than when it left the Lenco factory back in the seventies. With these new parts, your Lenco record player is ready for making music for the next 50 years.
